Lunch yesterday: Ezekiel 4:9 bread with turkey, low-fat cheese, "vegenaise," dijon mustard, cucumber, tomato, cracked black pepper, lettuce and onion.

We're totally owning healthy November.

Today Matt's working at a studio. So I'll be eating lunch with Jamie Oliver and/or Honey Boo Boo* instead.
