This is not "The Cure" I'm blogging about. But I highly recommend it if you're in the mood to sob over kids.
I'm doing it: The January Cure.
Goodbye, Christmas...
...hello, fresh flowers and clean floors.
Earlier this week, we mounted a battery-operated utility light to the wall of our laundry room closet. I put Christmas things in storage and scrubbed the muddy footprints off the hallway floors.
Tip: It's easier to do your laundry when you can see your laundry.
Today I emptied and reorganized drawers and cupboards. I tossed a few never-used items into our "outbox."
I was VERY excited about it. (Related: I'm boring.)
Tomorrow, I'll buy more flowers.*
Does anyone else get super-nesty every January? I just want to make everything clean and spacious and lovely….
*The "Cure" requires that you buy fresh flowers every weekend for the month of January. I do not object.
